Why this exists

In AARP's 2025 survey of 1,656 workers 50+, 64% reported seeing or experiencing age discrimination at work (AARP Research). Most career-change advice is written for 25-year-olds. This directory is for the rest of us: people with decades of judgment who want remote, technical, durable work.

We list only things we can source. Listing here is not an endorsement, and employers listed for being remote-first are labeled that way.
